Refund Policy

Should you need to return an item, please contact us by phone or e-mail with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, and we will respond quickly with instructions for how to return eligible items from your order. Note that returns cannot be accepted without a Return Authorization. Returns are accepted for 30 days from date of purchase, and the product must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging, and in a completely resalable condition. Please be sure to include a copy of your original invoice in order to obtain a prompt credit for your payment. Upon receipt of the goods, we will immediately issue a credit to the same credit card used to pay for the goods. Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). Note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all cancelled orders to help cover our costs for pulling and packing your order. Only items that are eligible for refunds are items purchased directly from Johnson Hot Sauce website (www.johnsonhotsauce.com), third–party retailers are not included. Products purchased from a retailer, distributor, or third–party seller of any kind should be returned to them.

Purchaser of these products hereby acknowledges the risks associated with use of these products, many of which contain intense heat factors. Purchaser hereby understands and accepts the element of danger if products are misused. Furthermore, it shall be clearly understood that these products are purchased and used strictly at the purchaser's risk. Purchaser hereby releases Johnson Company from all liability and indemnifies and holds harmless Johnson Company with respect to any claims of damages or injuries resulting from the use, consumption, ingestion, and/or contact with respect to these products.

Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. Johnson Company is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter. Subject to the foregoing, the prices displayed are quoted in U.S. dollars and are effective only for United States purchases. Purchases are subject to applicable taxes to be paid by the purchaser, and do not include shipping and handling.
